This is a way of expressing that a certain expectation does not always hold. です and だ endings can be omitted.

{必}(かなら)ずしも~というわけではない - It does not necessarily mean that ~

Vてくる indicates that a certain change has been taking place up till now.

Vてくる - a change has taken place up til now

Makes a sentence into a noun. Can then be followed by for instance the は (ha) particle.

V(ます-stem)方 - way of ~ing

This pattern indicates a change which has taken place or will take place.

V(plain)ようになる - a change has taken place

Expresses that something is more ~ the more you ~ (or less depending on the verb used).  The first part is in ば form and the second part is in plain form of verbs and い-adjectives. When noun-だ or な-adjectives occur, であれば is used.

This pattern indicates that the verb is easy to do.

V(masu-stem)やさい - it is easy to V

We add そうです to い- and な-adjective bases to say that something "seemingly" has those properties.
With い-adjectives, you drop the final い; with な-adjectives you drop the な. The only exception is the い-adjective いい, which will be changed to よさ before adding そう.
This also relates to そうに and そうな.

~そうです - it looks like ~

When you want to mention not just one, but several reasons for the given situation, you can use し instead of から. し usually follows the predicate (for instance verb or adjective) in the short form.

In present tense sentences this means that だ appears with な-adjectives and nouns, but not with い-adjectives.

(reason 1)し、(reason 2)し、(situation) - Listing two or more reasons for a situation

やっぱり is a conversational form of やはり. It is an adverv which indicates that what is being said is what is expected from our general or specific knowledge.

やっぱり - as expected; also; again

Marks the adjective as speculative. “Something looks (adjective)”

Starts a sentence with “moreover” or “besides”.

それに - moreover, besides

Y can be a noun or a noun phrase (i.e., a sentence + の/こと)

XはYで有名だ - X is famous for Y

This pattern indicates that the object has just done or finished something.

V(plain past)ばかり - have just done/finished something

This pattern indicates the object is about to do something.

V(plain)ところ - about to do something

Before something. Use の when used after a noun.

{前に}(まえに) - Before

This particle is used between nouns to indicate possessiveness.

の - Indicates possessive

Compared to ことになる, this pattern indicates active decision making by the person involved.

V(plain)ことにする - decide to do ~

The theme of the sentence is not limited to the noun coming before に. When used affirmatively it means that it IS limited to.

Nに{限}(かぎ)らない - Not limited to ~

せめて means "at least" or "at most". The use of くらい/ぐらい makes the statement less specific, like the speaker is giving an example.
